I originally posted a 5 star review, arranging the finance was easy and without hassle, 247Money seemed a great company and the rates offered given previous bad credit was better than we would get elsewhere.However, after having the vehicle (2012 BMW 520d) for a few months, we were lumbered with problem after problem, in the end the vehicle developed a significant fault with the timing chain that would cost 4 figures to repair, at first 247Money were happy to help, however they expected us to arrange the repair (and gave us a limited list of garages we could use), we tried to get the vehicle booked in however no garage would take on the job (it's a specialist job and is an engine out job), we asked 247Money to arrange a repair as per s.23 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states the trader must arrange a repair, however 247Money went on the defensive and tried to palm off a timing chain defect as "wear and tear", and refused to arrange a repair, in the end we had to reject the vehicle, we're still waiting for 247Money to collect their vehicle that remains on our driveway.Great company, until you have an issue with your vehicle.

Got a got car last year no complaints from me so far everything has been perfect alot of people are complaining about the cars they got been broken etc they just offer the finance on the vehicle they are not personally selling the cars that's down to the garages or shops they come from so I don't see how people can blame the finance company when alls they do if offer the funding

I purchased a viehical via this company who were great until the deal was done on receiving my car there was issues like damaged tyres that remain unsolved. The car also was sold to me without been serviced as promised. I was unable to get through via telephone and when I did they didn't really want to solve the issues . How could the mot be legal with damaged tyres??? so leads me to question the credibility of this company . if you want value for money a goid decent car do not go with this company

The worst mistake of my life I did by going with carfinance247 as a new driver I went on to their website picked a car and had no idea it was going to be my biggest nightmare…4 days in to receiving the car it started playing up and when I contacted carfinance247 immediately they started telling me stories I am still battling with them to return the car after 3 weeks.. they don’t care about the customers once the deal is signed that’s it..horrible company that will get your anxiety through the roof with the lack of support and unprofessional service from staff…PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM😏👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Had a car loan for £6000over 3 year's managed to pay it in 17 months when I asked for settlement figure was given no discount as interest was front loaded so I paid £2000 interest rip off

Got a car on finance with 247money just over 2 years ago + never had an issue. I've not got a good credit score but they accepted me. My advisor gave the advice to go to a proper car dealership as there's been problems with 2nd hand car dealers supplying low quality cars. I want to vauxhall Eden, got myself my car and went on my merry way. My advisor was with me at each step + even after purchasing, called me a week after + then a month after time check in + see if all was well.A pleasant experience, with everything explained along the way. Most of these bad reviews seem to be the fault of the car dealers or not great money management.Honestly though, if you are looking at car finance + your credit history isn't great, check out 247.

Applied with Car Finance 24/7, they said I was approved with 247 Money for finance, supplied all my statements. Then asked for my other bank statements I had transferred money too. (Where I keep my disposable income) They then declined me, because I had bingo deposits on my statement where I occassionaly play bingo out of my disposable income! My bills are always paid, yet they say no because I play bingo 🤣 looking at these reviews looks like they have done me a favour... but to discriminate on how someone spends their disposable income is wrong, especially as I had passed the affordability criteria. So be aware if your applying with these, you will likely get declined if you play online bingo occassionally.

Avoid at all cost. Very unprofessional con merchants who are only interested in ripping you off and taking your money. They are NOT interested when the vehicle is faulty, you are ignored by all forms of communication they are very incompetent and think they can get away with making threats, what a nasty company. Do NOT use go elsewhere.
