Took a business loan via this company,They sent and agreed all the paperwork and signed after me.They said they need to sent up so funds come off the card machine,While waiting for the set up to be completed before it was set up to take funds from my card machine(about two 2) i had already court paperwork at my door demanding double the money. The documents Accompanying the court paperwork We’re not the originals and after digging they made an administrator error and had the wrong Guarantor on the paperwork.They made a new set of paperwork unsigned and unknown to me and sent it to court and doubled the debt.Ive tried calling to sort it but they flat out refused.they only demanded payment in full of court and it had only been 2 weeksNow ive got a long expensive court case to defendWouldnt recommend these guys

This company is an absolute shambles. I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism in my entire life. This company were quick to get the money but as they promise to set up a fixed rate payment through credit card sales isn’t true. It takes a two week turn around to set up the payment through your card terminal but during that two week period they will take a fixed amount up until that payment is setup. So I agreed so the time passed and I was paying £420 a week which is absolutely ridiculous. After hundreds of calls and emails to get the same answer. I cannot stress the amount of pressure these guys put on me financially but after 8 months it was all paid. I just wish to warn people about this company. As I would like to give a special shout out to harry harrnett for the utter shambles of a company that he works for no help at all in the slightest.

I thought it was going to be a positive experience with these guys, however it turned out not to be such!Being a restaurant, we accept payments through many avenues such as PDQ, UberEats, Deliveroo and justEat. As a small restaurant and throughout Covid, there was one month our PDQ sales (In the past 12 months) dropped before their £5k threshold so was told they declined on that basis. Having recently applied again a few months later when our card takings have consistently been about £5k (12 month period again) we were again told we were declined as our card takings are 'too close' to their criteria! I fail to understand why you request a min. of £5k in card sales when you actually decline businesses just because a couple of months have been just over your threshold?The first rep I spoke to was nice and took send our UberEats etc off to see if that would impact their decision (Almost doubling our PDQ sales alone), however when I applied again recently and sent these over, I simply received no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Thought I'd try emailing one final time, and again, nothing.It seems they only want to deal with easy cases, and don't take anything else into account before simply dropping you and cutting all contact without a second thought, especially taking into account Covid and how naturally our card sales would have been impacted in these months whilst we were closed but have now recovered to normal levels!

I have used 365 Business Finance for the last three years. Fantastic service and money has always been transferred a few days from our application. They collect their money through my card machine which works great in winter months which are slower for me. Highly recommend.
