Shit customers services !!!! The two english girls they can't work properly!!! They always lie ! It's take 2 hours that saying but it's take one day ! CUSTOMER SERVICES SHIT ! PLS don't open this bank !

Appalling service I've been trying to call for weeks . I've been to the branch the que was so long everyone complaining about the same thing while we waited. People are there taking there money out and closing accounts . While I was there I asked them to transfer my money yo my bank and close my account with them . She told me it would be in my account in a few hours . Well surprise surprise it wasn't now I have yo go back up there again .

Your closed on Tuesday so we can not phone in case a problem what sort a place is this and every time I get sent money never goes in that's the problem had money put in yesterday still not there today and even phone to discuss why sort it out especially at these times of need you can phone every other one

Been trying to con tact them for weeks and they won't answer there phones i have also emailed them and had no reply off them so I have cancelled my money going to them three as been no contact with any of there customer with an explanation to why I'm not reciving my money it's disgracful and I am going else where

You've kept my money from me for days and days and im phoning no answer just ringing im hours from calling the police as after a week of not being able to access my money i feel as though im being robbed/scammed rather and these new card holders can't do nothing about ut shady if you ask me ill be changing shame as ive been with them years but the past month they have been n absolute mess leaving me today with no electricity as i cant access my money and my kids will be home from school in hours and use don't want to pick up your phones. Over a month use have used a technical problem! Then y hasn't it been fixed. Seriously something shady happening

The only local place where you can get a fully functional debit card if you had issues with a proof of address. Banks would refuse you.

Absolutely terrible service, you never get you money when they say, you can never get through on the phone you end up going person. Not good for Sandwell handling people's money and you don't provide a good service.
