Never an issue in 10years of using this service. Staff have always been willing to help and very responsive through online messages. Phone lines are usually very busy but the service is high in demand so this is understandable. All staff have been helpful and considerate through the pandemic too. Very highly recommended.

Easy to save from as little as £1 per month. Even a small regular amount adds up.Loans are not dependant on credit rating, instead it depends on how much savings you have. For instance £ 150 savings can get you a loan of up to three times which would mean up to £450.You decide how much/how quickly you repay the loan.Best of all very low interest.Nice people in the Erdington branch.

You people deserve none of the stars, been a week since I made a transfer to you guys but funny enough I keep on getting excuses from you. The bank where the money was sent from even you yourself said you have received the money but nothing is yet showing on my account, I don’t know if you guys except people to live according you, but I’ve been waiting long enough, one week is enough to be without a cent and no more. If you can’t deal with something you simply give up so I’d love my money sent back to the original account. Thank you

Everytime I phone I'm on the phone for an hour n 30 minutes soon as I get to caller number one you guys put the phone down how am I meant to get my bank account details added when everytime I call you don't answer I need my savings for Christmas can you please add my card details to my account please so I can do it online myself I went to take my savings out and it's saying I need to phone you to add my card account but when I call you put the phone down on me after being on hold for an hour and half please let me know how I get my details added to my account please I need my money thank you

I have been with ACU for a number of years, I always take out, around, 2 loans a year,one for christmas and one mid year. Although I work it just helps to not have to worry! My only downfall is the fact that once you have used your savings you can only lend £300 again no matter how consistent with payments or how long you have been a member! A bit disappointing!! And the phone lines OoooMmmmGggg awful! But overall Staff are friendly, once you do get to speak to someone, and I like the fact that with the christmas fund you can’t take your money out untill CHRISTMAS!! 🙌🏽
