I used Allegiant for a payday loan refund claim. Despite what they say all they actually do is put the details you give them into a template and then forward emails back and forth between you and the lender or financial ombudsman. The net result is that they slow your complaint down and take a large proportion of any refund you get. In my case the complaint went to the financial ombudsman and the adjudicator ccd me on her repsonse, but Allegiant didn't tell me about her decision until a few days later. All I was paying for was to have things delayed.It's easy to do yourself - just search online to find a complaint template you can use to complain to your lender, and then any responses come straight to you instead of being delayed by Allegiant. They tell you this themselves on their website - look at the small text hidden away at the very top of the screen.I did my second claim myself - it took me about 5 minutes to write the complaint email that Allegiant would have charged £300 for, and I got sent all updates directly.Their response to my review is a iittle bizarre. They seem to be taking exception to me pointing out they are unnceccessary while pointing out that their own website tells you there is no need for them.

Excellent company to do business with, so easy from start to finish, fantastic customer service, so helpful. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant so far I've had to claims processed with this company and it's been easy as anything! I've not had to do a lot other than occasionally reply to an email or two. Cannot recommend these enough!

Fabulous company ..of course you pay an amount if you win they do all the work !! Kept me upto date only had 2 emails to quickly reply to ..they won for me ..helpful service would recommend

Fantastic company. They won my case, I just had to provide the information and they did the rest . Hassle free, constant updates on my claim. My money was in the bank 2 days after I won. Dont brush their advertising off when you see it on Facebook. Click on it and submit your claim. This is genuine and they will get your money for you .

Seen an advertisement on facebook, was a bit wary but thought we had nothing to lose. The hole process has taken about 3 months and it's been so easy. I've actually got back a very nice tidy sum just waiting amigo to pay out to us.... emails have been responded to within 48hrs it's been simple and easy thank you for getting our money back 11250.00 better off again I couldnt thank thses guys enough

Absolutely terrible service from this company. I used them to make a claim again my AMIGO LOAN. My request was made at the beging of lockdown so understandably there are going to be certain delay which I accept. This was confirmed to me by a member of staff Director called Tim. However the delays just kept coming and coming. After a while Amigo made an offer which to me wasnt acceptable and clearly there was no money in it for Allegiant and the service seemed to get slower. After asking for Tim's advice he said let me speak to his ops contact at Amigo and he would come back to me.... nearly two weeks later I still had no reply so chased by email... Three weeks later i received a response.which was not satisfactory. I have therefore written to both companies to state that I am dealing with this myself and to remove Alegiant from my files.I am now in the process of dealing with Amigo and the ombudsma.Use them at your peril guys.
