Not sure how Bestprisefs can get 5*. Appalling customer service. Since no renewal was emailed to me I called and spoke to Richard Harry, he said he is the company director. I asked him to send me a renewal so I have continue my cover. He says he is too busy and cannot do it and that he has no time. What an arrogance and absolutely appalling service. I have been with Bestpricefs for 3 years and never made any claims. I can just imagine if somebody has to make a claim, especally if a director is rude and uninterested. Should get well below 0.

You can buy Paymentsheild home insurance from BestPriceFS at the lowest price I found when looking around online. It's the best insurance cover available but I suggest it's bought with home emergency cover or for landlords get landlords home emergency cover as well. This is essential especially if repairing damage to an older property that may have asbestos or even old Artex which contains asbestos. Cheap home insurance policies may not honour claims where asbestos is present.
