A great experience overall. Friendly, knowledgeable staff (particular shout-out to Marc) that have bent over backwards to help me out when needed over the years. I'm no longer even living in Sussex and Boom!CU are still happy to help me out when I need. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Just Brilliant, I approached Boom to consolidate several debts, I didn't expect a positive outcome but I was blown away with Boom. The process isn't quick but they are very though and look at long term financial stability not a quick fix, they arranged a package which will get me back on track. I cannot thank Greg, Emily and Iroda enough, they helped me at a time when I had lost all hope. I cannot put into word how grateful I am.

Out of all the financial institutions I deal with I find Boom the most personable by a country mile.It feels like there are actually humans there making human decisions based on a person’s individual circumstances and not just an algorithm in the background.I have never failed to have a good discussion with any of the team whenever I’ve needed it and always found them to be very understanding and personable. This morning for example I spoke with Iroda in underwriting and she spent 30 mins with me, understanding my needs and requirements and took the time to solve my problem for me in a bespoke way, she was fantastic!I wish all banks operated and had the service level of Boom!

Iroda and Graham was nice and very helpful with my loan application. They explained to me properly what I needed to know. Boomcu is such a good company and I highly recommend it to everyone. They have a wonderful staff. I’m just hoping that other companies have the same staff like them.
