I don’t take loans out but I have been with this company now for 2 years and they are the best. I have health issues and they been beyond understanding and today proved even more that they are the best. Customer Services always the best just like today when I spoke to a wonderful lady called Chloe between 13:35 and 13:54, she really made my month. Buddy Loan is the best company period. 😘😘😘

This is the 3rd day now and I've heard nothing back I emailed yesterday to ask how long the process may take due to stating its 24hrs I totally understand how busy you are and I'm happy with the indepth checks you do. Could anybody email me back please 🙏 can I just say demi who I've spoken to over the last 2 days has been amazing she explained to me what the next process is and that my application has gone to the underwriting team also put on my documents I may be at work when I get a phone call she has been lovely thank you 😊Many thanks Victoria parkinson

“ Avoid like COVID19 “It does not matter how desperate you are, please! please! don’t do it, unless you want to lose everything that you have....they are not your buddies!!!Every thing about Buddy Loans is questionable, in terms of their checks and how they process your application. They will even change your income and expenses to get you to sign on the doted line without your knowledge until you come across an issue. They don’t carry out proper affordability checks.Your worst nightmare starts when it comes to paying your loan back they will hunt you down like a shark to it’s prey with threatening texts, emails and phone calls and are fast like lightning to take money out of your guarantor accounts with minimum notice and when you question them they tell you it’s in terms and conditions which they never mention during the application.My advice is if you have a loan with these sharks (Buddy Loans) and have had issues, report them to financial ombudsman, which I did and was successful in my complaint and got my loan written off including guarantors money back that were taken out of their account with interest.They will ignore you if you complain direct to them thinking that you will give up but please just report them to financial ombudsman after you have gone through their complaint process and when you get their response which has time scale of 8 weeks and you are not happy with the outcome report them to financial ombudsman.This also applies to people who have had loans paid off, report them to financial ombudsman you will get a good compensation back as their loans are not in line with lending terms and conditions.Buddy Loans even tried to have my review taken off on trust pilot saying it was not genuine however failed again as it has been confirmed and verified so Buddy Loans again have failed in their nasty tactics.

Hi am extremely happy with the kind and reliable service i have been given by Buddy loans.I was battling with this for a month with other companies and having a guarantor has helped me get the money i required for my education, which i have finally started.Buddy loans are patient, professional, and encouraging when you feel like you cannot get a loan cause of a bad credit but possible with a guarantor.So thank you very much to Paul and the team for your help in getting my life going again.Extremely grateful 🙏Emma

Was accepted as a guarantor for my daughter who was struggling to get a loan elsewhere and was in need of a new car as hers was dangerous!Smooth and quite quick process. I have tried to call a number of times within the open hours stated on website (9am - 5pm)No answer, no response.I need to speak to them due to them taking 2 extra months than was owed so I have over paid £300 +Shocking customer service.

Having had a complaint with Buddy Loans and the FOS all I can say is the communication and customer service from the complaints team has been absolutely shocking. Mollie Taylor who is a Customer Resolutions Manager is completely rude and the way she replied to myself was appalling. I am the customer, yet I got spoken to like someone of no value, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

A wonderful company. They were very professional and respectful throughout each of our interactions, ensuring that both myself and my guarantor had all the facts and information we needed, communicated to us effectively and in a timely manner. Each phone call, text and email was easy to understand and written in a caring and personalised way. I would highly recommend this company!
