I sent some money to India from here recently which, due to the current situation regarding Covid 19, took longer than usual to process. I went back twice to check on progress and received excellent service. He understood my concerns, made phone calls on my behalf and, on the second occasion, resolved the situation to my complete satisfaction. I am not so sure about the service from WU but the service I received from this shop was excellent. Thank you very much.

Absolutely shocking. I traveled all the way from Camberley after speaking with someone on the phone who assured me the documentation I had was sufficient to cash a cheque I had received from HMRC. The cheque was apparently in an unusual format so they refused to cash it. Complete waste of time. Was furious having called prior to my visit and told they could.
