Popped in today and was served by Salim, very professional and lovely and nothing was too much hassle! All of the staff in there are great and I've never had a problem with any of the items I've bought from there and I've had lots of stuff over the past few years. Highly recommend! :)

Ordered an item online, arrived next day but alas it was faulty!Quick call to the store and spoke to Lee, advised him of the problem & to be fair, he was amazing. Couldn't apologise enough (not a problem these things happen), arranged courier collection for following day & said he'd call me when the replacement was shipped out.When the store received the item back, Lee called me back, advising the new device was being shipped at that moment, it had been thoroughly tested and if I did experience any problems, to let him know.New device arrived the following day and wow, incredible condition, works like a dream and I wouldn't hesitate in buying from again.
