Lovely staff, I was happily greeted and helped by a kind gentleman named Josh. He was very nice and answered all my questions. Super patient with me as it was my first time in their store, made my experience there very welcoming and will happily come back to this store again if I ever need to! Thanks again :)

Popped in recently and was served by a lovely gentleman, he was very polite and patient and took the time to answer all my questions and he didnt seem to mind that I am not very technical. It was like getting tech advice from a friend. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to sort everything he was first class the entire time.Everyone now days is so quick to criticise but never quick to praise and he definitely deserves nothing but praise he was amazing. I think his name was Josh / Joshua. Please pass along my thanks to him again. I will be certainly coming back in future. Thanks again.

wanted to give a 4.5 but that wasnt an option so theyve been upgraded to a 5* only reason i wanted .5 was because i wasnt greeted as i entered an empty store. briefly after looking around an absolute giant man with a bald head (didnt catch his name but assume this description will help) gave me a hand to find what i was looking for. would shop again

Great store and the manager and team are fantastic.Saw another review on here stating the manager is rude and I can only imagine that is from a customer who did not get their own way and as such has decided to be rude about the store and manager.Go in to this store often and only ever see and hear them going the extra mile for people including myself.Find that people are quick to leave reviews when they are not happy about something and will happily exaggerate and even make stuff up.I would say for this store at least to ignore the negative reviews as the staff here are fantastic and will always do their best to help where possible.

I want to say thank you to Julie and the team at Cash Converters Maidstone for a pleasant hassle free transaction. I purchased a number of Swarovski crystal pieces on line, the prices were good which attracted me in the first place. This store has been robbing customers for years clearly as .. I've been using another store cash converters store now and they give you more for the same stuff ..So people bewareAnd who is making the extra cash the people in store ?? They don't look very trustworthy.If you don't belive me try it yourself
