i went into the store to look for a console, and spoke to a chap called David. He was really helpful and helped me decided on what console i should buy. Also the prices are really good and the fact that all products come with a warranty really helped me feel comfortable with my purchase`s. The shop has an excellent social distancing policy in place so you can feel more relaxed whilst browsing.

Visited the store just for a browse. Received excellent customer service from a lovely funny chap called Ben Lamb. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the items in the store and was happy to go that extra mile. Such service has made me visit the store on a regular basis. Thank you Ben. You are a star!

Been in several times and bought loads of stuff been served from Tom mostly always there when we have questions and he is very friendly. He does a fantastic job every time and we will carry on coming in because the service is brilliant.

I never seem to have a problem when I go in there. Staff members are friendly.

Friendly staff, always helpful and know their tech. They are down to earth and easy to get on with. If I want to buy products for myself or the kids I will check what they have in the shop first so I can save myself money buying brand new. Bought a Samsung tablet which was like new and xbox gadgets. Returns have been hassle free too. Would recommend a visit

Went in earlier this month and Ben was very attentive and could not do more for me. I only went in on the off chance of finding the item I needed as it was very specific, but Ben was extremely helpful in helping me find the specific model and specifications I needed. As a result, I not only found the item, but for much cheaper than anticipated. Thank you very much Ben and I hope you get to see this!

Popped in a few days ago, spoke to a gent called Danny, tattoos, bald head, positive attitude.He really made you feel welcome when it came to making decisions in the store, he was patient, helpful and very informative on helping me purchase the necessary products I needed, if I could of given 6 stars I would of!

Why buy new when you can buy nearly new at a much cheaper price!! The staff are more than helpful with any questions you have and they don't force you to buy anything, with the price as they are I'd buy it before someone else does. I've bought many things from Cash Converters and saved loads, I will definitely will keep going here.
