Been using them for years was never late. Today I was late by one day and they charged me double interest. I told them I cannot afford that, everyone's energy bills have just doubled and they didn't care (the manager with dark hair). Now I'm going all week with nothing to eat.

Sold my little sister a bike for a sum of £125, didn't last 20 mins before the bike became unrideable. Little sister injured herself in the process, wouldn't accept a return on the bike and told us they wouldn't proceed to go any further. We have lost a lot of money and my little sister is now injured and unable to get to work. Apparently the bike was "checked" before they put it for sale". Obviously not very well if money is more important than your customers. Will not be returning again and the Offic of Fair Trading Standards have been notified.

I went in with some of my brother's xbox games, I spoke to Paige who was really helpful and kind and gave me the best rates of any of the shops in Mansfield I'd been to! Great little shop supporting local people

I am never going here again there offers are insults they offered me £10 for a retro 1980s hand held game console Evan tho it was worth £80 to £170 they will try anything to rip you off there just as bad as cex

Took a variety of old phones in which I didn't know what to do with, or if they were worth anything. Didn't have original boxes or chargers for most of them and had been unable to check them myself. Cash Monkey kindly dealt with resetting them to defaults and sent me more money than I was expecting, and promptly. It's encouraged me to clear out more of my old electronics hanging around since I know there's someone I can trust to deal with me fairly.

Really lovely (handsome :) ) manager Ricky who helped me with 2 pandora rings I wanted to get rid of. Excellent customer service and lovely staff all round. I found the new place I'll go to sell the items I no longer want, due to the great prices and great atmosphere.
