Scammers who charge a fee for nothing and they don’t reply to any refund claims STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Attempted to take 49 from my card, luckily I had cancelled my card immediately after reading these reviews. This company does not offer a loan or any services, they try to steal your money. Cancel your card immediately and they can't take it

AVOID this company they took £79 out my account with no prior warning what left me with no funds at all to live on that week. I sent emails informing them that I wanted my money back since I had no received any service for this charge and if it wasn’t returned I would be reporting the company for fraud. They sent an email back 2 days later saying the money would be returned in 10 days I replied with that was an excessive time and I’d be reporting them that day and seeking legal advice & contacting me bank. The money was returned to my account a day later minus £5 charge from their part but that’s fine just glad I got my money back.

They charge you £79 and they take the money streight away from the account even if you take or not the loan, anyway no one contact me. This is fraud. I called and e mail them and nobody answer and the bank cannot make anything. Be careful. Avoid this company!!!!

Absolute scam!!,They charged my account £79.00,For nothing they did nothing at all and you dont know your being charged until you finished the application.I have emailed them 5 times to get my money back and tried to call but its just an automated phone service.I will be reporting this to my bank as fraud as they took it and have not even contacted me about giving it back.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR IT!!!

I had used this company to find a consolidation loan but never took one out. On the example given for repayments and the total to be repayed is dishonest as it says that if you take out a loan the 79 pound admin fee would be applied. I never took any form of credit from them and they went into my account several times to take out the 79 pounds. Been onto the bank and they have given me numbers to phone but they are only automated messages. Emailed them too and it's just a stock reply. Actually spoke to a man who asked how I even got this number, then said my refund was authorised and would get it within 10 working days. He never asked my name or account details or anything else except for my post code. Tried same number again today and its dead. Stay away folks if you are only looking at finance but not ready to take out credit. It will be taken from your account regardless. Scam. Just add more recent events. I sent an email and told them I had sent a complaint to the financial ombudsman who said would investigate. I got my refund.

Everything about Castle Finance is so wrong. Absolute scam and a bunch of Fraud! They have been taking £49 out of my bank account for no reason, I never even applied for a loan with them! I have tried to contact this place on several occasions, and I get told by someone called Trina, that I've got the wrong company, I've even emailed on their site to file a complaint, yet I still get told its not the company, even though the email has "Castle Finance" in the address. Makes no sense!I'd encourage everybody to report this company to authorities and keep reporting as scam/fraud.

I am writing this for friend who feels conned by this company. She applied for a loan not realising about the cost involved for applying, now if she was in a good place she would have had the money and not need to apply for a loan and a lot of people reply for loans don't have £79 to pay for it and ever since I've tried to take the money out of her account but when she tries to ring them you cannot get through to anyone just get given the email address I would give I will tell anyone to stay away from this company as all they are is a broker and they just take money for nothing especially when people are in Dire Straits like my friend was and now she's being charged for it and has to change her whole bank completely. I would strongly recommend that everyone stays away from this company as if you do need a short term loan a lot of people don't have the money to pay the £79 upfront and a company that does not even let you contact them by phone to me it's a shame company. I would also like people to be careful applying for loans as my friend was signed up for all different sorts of things like social media platforms and charged for it when she did not want it. So please be careful when applying for a loans and only apply for the big companies that are trustworthy not any loan brokers or any little companies.

The most important part to remember about this company was the good quality of service they gave me. I applied and got my loan in no time at all. They also had a lot of loan products available too.
