PLEASE AVOID - THIS IS A SCAM - Lost massive amounts in exchange - with.a terrible exchange rates, a 14.97 % tax and a 3 pound handling charge - after clearly stating there won't be conversion charge - all this with a very poor exchange rate - none of this information was available before - when I tried to just reverse the transaction - they were super rude and threatened to call security!! Literally high street robbery.

I got only £31 for €60 & they said “NO REFUND”. Wasted at least £10 here. They’re FAKER. Don’t ever visit here.Plus, the guy who was working here tried to look down me. What he said is: “Oh I’m local in London. I know things better than you. You’re just a traveller. I have been to 27 countries in my life. Thus, I know how things are way better than you.”All I waned was cancelling the transaction because I couldn’t accept service fee & interest rate here.

S C A M M E R S !!!!!!!!NEVER GO TO ANY OF THEM !!!!!They ask you if you are there for business or vacation ...( WHY ? )The show you the exchange rate( so stupid )They NEVER tell you how much money you will get !!!The give you the receipt and when you tell them that is way too little ...The show you another sign that says no refund !!!!Across from Tkmax on OXFORD street ... The exchange rate is incredible ...For every 100 dollars = 85 poundsFor every 100 euro = 80 pounds !!!!

SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID!!!!I went there to ask for a price to exchange €440 into £. The cashier asked to count and check my money to make sure they are not counterfeit. I didn't think much of it, so l handed them over. Then he issued me with a receipt, put pounds into an envelope and said here is your money. With surprise I asked him how much is it and he said £240. Of course l refused the offer asking for my money back and then he started saying that they have a no refund policy!!! I freaked as l NEVER AGREED on anything! He was doing everything behind the counter without my concent.While in the shop, I called the police but they couldn't help me because they said it is a civil matter and l need to report it to the authorities such as the ombudsman. They bad thing is that the cashier knows that and this is why they do it so bluntly. I called the Advice Bureau too and even though they said l was right, unfortunately, l had to file an official complaint through the authorities.I left the shop feeling robbed, helpless and disgusted. I am not going to leave the matter like this because after reading several reviews, this is their general practice and they need to be SHUT DOWN!

They offer an attractive exchange rate but do not clearly display their "service fee + conversion fee", scamming people of their money. Once the customer orientates themselves they will point at the no refunds sign and tell you to go away. Will be reporting to ombudsman and recommend other customers do the same. Outright cheaters, change group should be ashamed.

NEVER GO THERE. They are crooks with extortionate service fees (14.97%), plus a 3£ handling fee per transaction, not to mention appaling changing rates. I sent my 18 y.o. niece there and they manage to steal her money away from her. Basically for 320 Swiss Francs, she got 187.49£ instead of 256 pounds she would have had at other travel money changers (check the comparing site) , she got for 250€ only 140.93£ ... instead of 211£SO ON 2 TRANSACTIONS, A LOSS OF 138.50£ STOLEN AWAY FROM A TEENAGER.SHAME ON THEM.ALSO A MINUS 5 STARS WOULD BE A BETTER WAY OF RATING THEM.

Don’t get ripped off at this place, make sure you compare online before exchanging money. They will charge you astronomically and give you extremely poor rates. Avoid!

Great customer service, best place for changing money in oxford street when i went again to change they even gave me better offers, highly recommended for tourists :-)

Just been ripped off at the 353 Oxford St branch. I asked if there was a commission to pay and was informed that there wasn't. When I received my Euros, the receipt showed a 3% handling charge. When I queried this, I was told that it's like VAT.I told the cashier that this was unacceptable. I was not a tourist and I'd like my money back but he refused. I would say keep away from them!

I went to change money at this place and they have the best rates, the staff were very helpful, friendly and gave me a big welcome as it was my first time visiting London!
