Dont invest with these people. First they move money randomly out of your bank account. So called Artificial Intelligence why transfer money across when it wont earn interest. Tried to stop the transfers but the changes didnt have any impact. When I closed the account struggled to get a statement, including issues with sending part statement. Check the interest they say they have paid you it says 1.25% but its not.

Awful been waiting half an hour to talk to somebody on chat ask my ID then it was my bill utility proof ID then I couldn't get through Trying to withdraw a little bit of Money urgent.. Still have not got through after half an hour more

Awful, I too am unable to close my account. The requirements for their not doing so are actually now so many and, quite frankly, so ridiculous, I am becoming rather suspicious as to their motives.
