Had a fantastic experience with this company, very professional, helpful and quick in getting a decision for me. The whole thing was sorted within a couple of days and I’ve also arranged a savings account with them. Strongly recommend them if you don’t fit the typical lending criteria, these are real people deciding based on how you look after your finances.

Excellent service from Citysave credit Union when I ask for a loan no hassle no waiting always great service from the staff and very well informed about everything and if I have a problem it’s sorted in 10 minutes every loan I got it was straight forward never worried about delays because when they say we will let you know today they will I have been with the credit union in Birmingham for 15 years and still with them and I thank them for all the help over the years I would be lost without the loans I got and now feel so blessed for making me have a better life now and well off thank you all the staff and loans advisor keep up your great work James Power Brook way City Rd Birmingham

Been with them for over 10 years, worst personal service, staff demoralise you for fun. No hasatation to make changes of 10 pound weekly even though I have never missed a payment in over 10 years. Refuses to allow top ups even if there's money to pay what's needed to allow top ups. Needs new management.

Not impressed been with them a long time and they have changed and feel like they are more like dealing with a bank. Gentleman I spoke with was horrible and rude and unhelpful. So will probably leave as they are no longer fit for my purpose

Waiting 2 weeks for my money to return to me still not here. All because NI number was not on the reference. They decided to change how deposits are accepted . When followed up there was a fiery female creature who lacked manners on the telephone.23/02/22. They've decided again to change format of website making it terribly difficult to navigate. Jokers !

I have been using the service since 2009. I've recommended many people to join and they have done so. I find the service and services easy to use and understand. If you are unsure about something you can ask if you can't get answers straight away they will and have phoned me back. All in all a great service 10/10 keep up the good work. We can't please all the people all the time if anyone has a negative comment please gTry resolving it with Citysave as you maybe surprised. If not Lloyds and Co-operative bank are just around the corner.
