Put a default on my credit file and I've never had a loan or even heard of these cowboys. Totally different date of birth 10 years before i was born. Phone number just goes straight to answer machine tried for 3 days left 3 messages no resoonse

From the first time i applied for a Five Lamps loan they have been very helpful, the loan i got was easy to apply for with everything explained clearly. Payments are very good compared to other loan companies. Very professional, respond quickly to any enquiries. Can't fault anything and will be a happy customer for years to come if i need any moe help money wise.

Where are the humans at? 0 customer support. 0 telephone support. Cuts of the call immediately. What is this? Non professional trash business. Total avoid! Plus interest rate is through the roof!

Applied for a loan got fully accepted then be told I have not been accepted due to human error not very professional After losing a£200 non refundable deposit after being told I got loan as would not of put a deposit on a purchase had I not got loan Crooks

I took loans out with five lamps for 3 year the service was brilliant and very helpful.

Had these for a number of years, no problem missed 3 payments BUT upped my payments to get it off quicker and won't re.new it.

Took 3 days for them to tell me I was unsuccessful in my application after saying I had been accepted. Is there really any need to keep anybody hanging on that long in this day and age.
