Terrible company. I emailed and emailed regarding cancelling my membership even within the 14 days and all I got was emails saying they wanted more details sent this across to them twice. This has meant past the 14 days trying to still get in contact so they will just cancel membership and I ideally want money back as have tried everything my side to get membership cancelled.
The most horrible company which I had chance to deal with.I ended my membership and they still taking my money. After lots of emails they said they will make refund...They had for it 5 days.After 5 days I get my refund but not my partner which had same situation like me.There is no contact with them, they ignored emails etcWhen comes to take money from us they doing it straight away, but when you want YOUR money back they taking an absolute pisssss!Dont recommend to anyone.Stay away from them, save your money!
Absolutely shocking.They took £19.99 out of my account. I never signed up. Called customer service and was told I had been put through from Swiss credit. I have never even heard of them. Despite it being the first day of the apparent charge day they point blank refused to refund the money. I have had to go through my bank fraud department to try and get something done about it. I even tried to access the file today since iv paid for it apparently and it's locked!! So they've taken my cash then blocked access to it the same day!! Iv raised a complaint with the financial ombudsman. Not happy at all. Stay away from them!!
Easy to use, though my report is so far out of date, I have even asked any lenders I have to update the information, which I was told they do every 4 to 6 weeks but it doesn't seem to get updated on my file.Also trying to edit my account details with the editing options so I can put my new email address on my file but it says it has updated but it doesn't change anything.

Credit Angel is a brilliant service I found it really useful and it's helped me to take the next steps forward in getting a mortgage as well as providing additional features such as money saving vouchers. The customer support team were most helpful and guided me through every step of the way. Would highly recommend this service.
Really great company. I used Credit Angle as I did not have a credit score. They were reccommended to me and I was really pleased I used them. Within a month I had a credit score with a 'great' rating. Its really easy to talk to a real person, they have finance options that are all really safe. As a student I didnt qualify for a credit card but credit angle gave me easy, safe credit options that I am still using.
I think I spoke to Lorraine(?) today. She was an absolute angel. I have always shyed away from taking control of my finances as I've never been well off and lived paycheck to paycheck... Credit Angel has taken me through my whole credit report step by step and called me to talk through and explain the disputes I've raised and what action will be taken. I've never felt so financially reassured in my life! Thank you, Credit Angel 😊❤️

Joanne rang me up after I emailed about cancelling for financial reasons. Not only did she extend my membership free of charge for a month but gave me a direct email to contact her on if I had any issues, and she informed me about other services and deals that Credit Angel offer. I hope my finances pick up, as I do want to stay with them now. The customer service was fantastic, friendly and informative. I can still cancel my subscription with just an email to Joanne so it really is dead simple!

This company is fraudulent. Do not touch as you think you are applying for a loan, when suddenly you find that £14.99 has been taken out of your account. Don't bother trying to phone them because you will be basically told that it's your fault for not reading things properly! I've reported them to the financial ombudsman, which I wouldn't have done if they'd agreed to give me a refund!
Be warned - they're total con artists. They take unauthorised payments from your bank account, even after you've cancelling the trial service.I've reported this company to the relevant authorities and will be making them a visit at their offices, if they don't repay the money they owe me.When I first emailed them (using the correct address from their website!) my email was returned as undeliverable and their phone number was unobtainable, too.This outfit is very bad news.
