Thanks to my ex husband I had the misfortune to be a costumer of the company. But I must say during the whole time i was their client I was treated with respect ,nobody judged me and my case handler Laura was just amazing. She was always really kind and helpful and made the whole experience a lot less stressful which I'm really grateful for.

What a bunch of theives. An invoice for £370 that was mistakenly not paid resulted in a payment request for £490 from CLI. And then to top it off they do not take card payments, so I've had to set up a new payee on my bank account. What kind of a debt collections company does not take card payments.?

Received a random letter demanding money for a parking fine I’ve never been told about. I emailed them and they replied forwarding me documentation that is nothing to do with me, or my name, address or anything.I replied back, no response.Now received another letter, called in office but told to person I need to speak to is absent today.Ridiculous

These guys were fantastic, I dealt with Mr Edem Badje, who never made me feel that I was being hounded for money. Edem and his colleagues went above and beyond to get the matter resolved in an unobtrusive and helpful manner, and as I mentioned to Edem in an email before, if all debt collection agencies were like this, the world would be a much better place.

The way how they was dealing with my cases was amazing. Thank you very much Laura. I am really appreciate all what you done for me.

James Ley has been harrasing me and sending spam emails after countless times of me emailing them with proof Hertz cancels my order. No response to previous emails just keep sending spam emails straight to me. Unbelievable. Can't believe this kind of company exist.

A Mickey Mouse company run from a home address in Faversham, who likes to try it on ! Desperate times for these people sadly.What do the locals say about this ‘company’ ? .....“Trying to be the ‘ Wolf of Faversham’ “‘’Do they not have anything better to do?’’‘’I suggest train spotting & star gazing’’.‘’ One star for effort”“ incompetent team” couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery”Enough said, eh?
