Whenever I call M4Money the phone line is always busy and it never rings. They need to fix this issue. Imagine not being able to access your own money because m4money only has one person on the phone

M4Money has only one person doing all the admin work. I never get through to them in time of emergency. They need an online system that's automated or more staffs

Very poor service I have been ringing for 3 weeks now and emailed to yet no response I am very unhappy with this service as I have never had problem with these until now and they caused my bank to be overdrawn by 100 pound for 3 weeks after I asked to change my payment date with these I also emailed to state this but they still took the money and now I'm unable to get threw it's a joke

Customer Service is Very Poor. They need more employees.You can spend the whole day on the phone trying to get through to them, only to later find out they are closed for the day. They do not update or even use their social networking sites. They do not update their customers if they have any unplanned closures. The only quick way of getting hold of anyone is via the telephone. And that's if the phone line isn't busy. The Call waiting phone system is poor, as a customer cannot be on a call que.The Twitter page was last updated in 2017.The Facebook and Website was last updated 4 Months ago.They need to be more communicative with their customers and employ more admins if needs be.

M4Money takes forever to pick up their Phone.I don't even know if they have a office.I drove down to their Address and it took me to a playground beside a primary school.I'm leaving credit union

The phone is not man'd i tested this by calling dead on 8am and repeatedly calling until 9am and didnt get through i have emailed them via my email and the portal no response even though the claim to repond within 48hours...appalling service
