    This ‘con’pany facilitates fraud and scammers who rob people via caravan hire on Facebook asking for deposits sent to this credit union.

    Terrible customer service, I applied for a loan and was emailed asking for information in which I supplied immediately, I sent another email asking the lady (Carole Truman)if my email was received as I had no response, I waited a few days and was further ignored. 6 days later I ring up to ask what was happening to be told my application was rejected, did not receive an email or text to let me know like the advisor said I should have received and was given no reason as to why. Shame as I would of been a great customer.

    They did a full hard credit search on my Experian credit file, charged me 5 pounds and declined my loan application, despite telling me that they never ever do hard credit searches and they only use a soft search, beware!
