I’ll give you a very realistic rating of this company. They have eased my mind with lower monthly repayments. I went from paying £1,000+ a month down to just £389 (As that’s the most I could afford). So your monthly payment would vary on what you could afford. DFH take 50% of your monthly payment to them as a ‘fee’ and this goes after 6 months. Most of my debt’s interests have stopped which is also great. However, there is more to the eye. They are extremely rude over the phone and email. Never email them as you won’t get a response for about a week. They have been late to paying my debts every month since I’ve been with them, so although they’re getting paid, it’s been late which has affected my credit score further and when questioned upon this, they don’t have an answer.So, only proceed with this company if your in absolute desperate need and can’t go elsewhere.

Claimed I'd be refunded by end of hours. Still no refund. Said I'd get call next week for decision on if leaving my mind has been made now. Bye bye DFH fraudsters and theives. One problem after another since day 1.

Stress free! Signed up about 6 months ago. Best decision I made. DFH dealt with all my creditors and took all the stress away. If I needed to call in, everyone I spoke to was more than happy to help and guide me through. Will recommend to my friends and family in the future.Thanks to DFH I have been able to sort myself out and get control of my finances!!

DFH have really helped me over the years to finally sort out my debts without them I would have gone crazy as I was getting calls from my debtors and couldn't keep up the payments they were asking after I had to leave work due to becoming disabled of no fault of my own! The customer service team have been brilliant , very helpful, friendly and most of all very understanding .. I would recommend them to anyone facing financial difficulties they sort it all and do everything for you and for a very reasonable amount ..I would like to thank everyone at DFH for their help and support and finally making me debt free. Couldn't have done it without them.Great company and highly recommended.

Probably the rudest members of staff I’ve come across in a long time. I called politely to ask for information on the types of debt management plans available as my client had undertaken one with DFH and i needed to understand the nature of the plan so I could recommend my client (where possible) a suitable mortgage. The “adviser” I say loosely, was nothing short of arrogant and condescending.

I would give the 5 star this company. Thank you so much help my struggling pay back with all creditors and loan. Thank you Damien with help, I was overwhelming my stress is gone now. From 1300 down 278.00 my monthly and overflowing my feelings happy. Thank you to lifted up my worries and everything. I definitely to recommend to my customers too

I am very happy that I turn all my debts in to a DFH .Now I am stress free and worries. Very friendly and helpful member of staff.If I have any questions there always happy to help and explaining clearly .If I could I will give 100 stars 🌟

Went with this company, decided on a debt management plan with them which I thought would be amazing.... I was paying £100 per month, turned out DFH take £50 in "fees for helping" or whatever. Wouldn't say i had a 'bad' experience just think it's done all wrong and a company shouldn't charge you if they claim to help you with your debt ect. Safe to say I've cancelled this and won't be recommending this company at all.

I would give 0 stars if I could.They're a complete scam & just as bad as the loansharks & payday loan companies as they prey on desperate people & take a 50% cut of your debt repayment in 'fees'.Completely defeats the object of debt reduction.The staff are also very rude & unprofessional.Don't bother!

Honestly made my life easier with monthly payments... However I end up doing most of the chasing my self and also they doubled my debt from 4 to 8k... Next 5 years of my life. Also they are very quick to contact you with "reviews" to see if they can up the payments, I should of just struggled my way through the original debt and It might all be paid off by now, I recommend going through a Government scheme or dealing with debt yourself, do not use this company or any third party for that matter.
