The person viewing my account stunk of alcohol Was unprepared and rude and sarcastic, they accept you when you go to the branch and then couple of hours later decline you after getting all of your information ! They explained some terms and said that was it and the rest wasn’t explained till after I left ! They are liars and extremely unreliable! Pathetic service. Applied for a loan. Got an automatic text stating I will be contacted within 24 hours. I called myself after about 18 hours. Some guy started checking my details, the. Said he’ll call me back in 10 min. He never called back. Tried calling myself the next day, no lines answering the phone. Even if I do get a loan offer there’s no way I’m taking it. Grossly poor customer service. Can’t even get the basics of keeping the customer updated right. Would you want anything to deal with them after that?

Very bad experience with everyday loan went for loan East finchley. They gave me hope u just have to come and sign application that's all. After I went office and they said sorry we cant offer a loan. I have submit all document even bank statements. They can tell me over the phone without waste my time. I waste my time I rush for my second job. Only have one 1.5 hours time in between. Looks at that people awful.

Worst service ever!!They asked me to sign the contract and told me that the money will be in the account by monday! I wasted 3 hours at their branch. Then they call me and said we can not find your bank by the sort code you provided. Which is a pathetic excuse!! I put the sort code infront of them on google and the bank cameup straight away. Then they asked me to get my bank statments stamped by the bank. I told them they dont stamp statments anymore yet I went and wasted 45 minutes at the bank branch and at the end the bank refused to stamp it. When I told them what the bank said they still insisted and said no they will stamp it. I never came across such a pathetic, ridicules and an unprofessional service and to top it up they asked me to log into my bank account from their system like excuse me that’s just out of order.Please be aware of this company and my personal advice is “Stay Away” from them!!
