My husband went in here and they adviced that my husband shouldn't be given me his wife money for his kids how dare they say that who gives you the right do not go here because the kind of questions they were asking were also strange to say the least I would say be very wary of this place

Having had a loan and repaid early wth no missed/defaults and having numerous calls and letters telling me what a wonderful customer I was) I decided to apply again as I wanted to clear some debt and to help with improvements to the home, went through the process and waited, waited, waited and heard nothing for a week. Emailed to be told that I couldn’t afford it (could have afforded it having cleared the debts and last resort, with savings) but it’s their decision so have to respect that. Not impressed with their customer service (not naming anyone) and the fact they want every bit of paper from your bank/credit cards/catalogues etc - which in this paperless world makes it difficult, as does getting to their office (they are not happy doing it by phone/email as other companies do).Would I recommend, not really but maybe as a very last resort......if your credit score is really bad.

I want to express my sincere and genuine appreciation to the staff at the Edinburgh location where I experienced a truly professional and respectful and responsible standard of service due to my personal circumstances.In particular I would like to Thank James for his knowledge and skills and Cindy for her honestly and professionalism throughout my visit.I am on my way to financial freedom as a result of the insight I have received and I strongly urge those who need advice to go see the staff at the Edinburgh location .Kindest RegardsDavid HoyaAFFIRMATIVE 😎

Need a loan, don't use this company, customer service not one of there strong points, nice on the phone but when you arrive at there office I found I was treated like a second class citizen,not nice people to deal with. Very high interest rates,I the end my wife and I saved the money we needed within 8 weeks and saved 2000 in interest.

Payday loans were a major problem for me, using one to pay something then ending up with multiple to pay my Bill's every month. Thanks to everyday loans I am now back in the black with one payment. Great friendly staff who made me feel at ease and gave great advice. Would not recommend payday loans to anyone but definitely would recommend everyday loans for a great service.

My credit isn’t the best and I wasn’t sure what to expect with everyday loans in Edinburgh however I have to say the experience was almost enjoyable. The first contact I had was via the phone with Cindy who was very professional- she went through all my initial info but didn’t make it feel intrusive... very matter of fact which I liked.I was then invited to make an appointment which I did for the same day.The offices are up the stairs near Costa coffee which was the only thing that slightly put me off but I actually am mad at myself for even thinking that because the service I was given was second to none.Cindy met me by shaking my hand and then Donna cane through who is the manager there( I think I’m correct)and again introduced herself and shook my hand.It’s all very above board - credit checks are done and ID is taken and photocopied but although I couldn’t get a loan with my bank I got a loan here.There was no time at all that I felt pushed into a loan- even at the end when I was signing paperwork Cindy said to me I could think about it rather than rushing into it although we had already discussed the alternatives and whether a loan was the best option etc etc. . And even before I signed on the dotted line and certain literature was given to me to read I still did not feel forced into it/ in fact you would normally pay for the financial advice I was given.I received the monies into my account within a couple of hours and my credit card debts were paid overnight.I read reviews as people are normally honest and I also have been totally honest - it’s a professional but friendly business and if you are needing a loan I would definately recommend them even if you go and have a chat with them first to see if you are eligible.Thanks Cindy and Donna.

I would recommend this company to anyone who requires a loan . Every detail is discussed thoroughly and is easy to understand. The staff are very polite and friendly . Personally I dealt with Cindy Brown and she was very professional , friendly and helpful.

Cindy was lovely, the only things good about the place. Management was very rude and far too challenging. Currently feeding this back via complaint process.

Excellent service. Sobia explained everything clearly and concisely and gave me some advice on how to manage my money going in to the future. I finally feel like I have control again - thank you all.
