DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY! Staff are all friendly when taking a loan out but after that it’s a completely different story. Staff member ‘Gary’ from Hamilton branch was one of the rudest most unpleasant people I’ve ever dealt with on the phone and reduced me to tears after a phone call. This company interest rates are disgusting, and they do not stop phoning, emailing even texting and leaving voicemails on a daily basis. Absolute robbery number one way to go for extra debt and extra stress to be added to people’s life’s in this already hard time. STAY AWAY!!! I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn’t let me.

Had a great experience in here! Terri was absolutely great with ensuring everything was catered for my needs and made me 100% satisfied with my decision. Gave me the info I needed to know but broke it down and spent the relevant amount of time with myself to fully understand what was important.10/10 service and I would highly recommend.
