I was most opportune to have met Emma who was my accounts manager. I felt comfortable throughout the meeting. Emma, was extremely polite and I found it easy to converse with her. She was very transparent with the entire process. She even recommended that I pay weekly from my wages and an amount was agreed so that my interest rate would be extremely low and how my credit rating would improve a lot and that if in 6 months I required a top-up providing I had paid on time they would be happy to lend more if needed. Unlike many loan companies who have a fixed interest rate even if you do pay them off early, Emma explained that was not the case with Everyday loans, and if you were to pay it consistently and increase the amount then the interest rate would decrease by a lot. I never felt intimidated at all, only welcomed and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a loan. They will happily help you out with your needs.

The way they do investigation on you it’s like you are a wanted guy and you need to explain everything happens, happening and will happen in your life.I had an appointment few days ago and the investigation on my bank statements and other documents took around 1.30 hours🤣🤣. Finally they offer me 2k.😀 94% 🦈apr 🙄 . Signed documents.. waiting for money..🤢🤢 . Next day investigators called me 👩🏼‍✈️ need more investigation and more documentation from other people .so it’s time to 🛑 stop and so annoying . I dropped my application. Don’t go there.. more over they are brokers not the lenders. Don’t go there and do not give you personal information to them.🦑🦑

Do not use this company. Interrogated before you get accepted and if you hit a financial bad patch as we did they constantly hound you. Causing you more stress than you are already in. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. Not like other loan companies. Avoid if you can

Everyday loans in Luton are a regular loan company who are governed by financial conduct so you can guarantee they will act like a regulated loan company; they are not a bad debt loan company as I had always thought. My disappointment with everyday loans is that if you have bad credit you can expect to pay double interest so if you are able to take a £5,000 loan with them, you will repay £10,000 total loan.They are a business and have real people who take live calls in the UK so you will have an opportunity to take a loan.I was disappointed at the handling of my loan enquiry of £5K, which was offered at 2K and on a call back then lowered again to 1K on the same day. It seemed somewhat vague and the company did not appear to have a set standard but guess work which would explain the reduction in offers.If you have bad debt; adverse credit history or just a low credit rating you will end up at everyday loans through your online searching; you can effectively search the internet just to be directed to everyday loans. The handling of your call can appear to yo-yo between varying amounts and everyday loans may not be your ideal lender. Everyday loans in my view are an average high street lender and are willing to lend money to help restore your credit rating but remember you will likely have to repay double your loan.My personal score for everyday loans is 5/10.

All was going well, loan accepted by email and telephone with Lorraine. She said 'I will call you later' haven't heard from them since! I have emailed with no response. Shambolic customer service. Not recommended.

Everything starting from the phone calls confirming the appointment. Was offered refreshments everything went on smoothly there was no rush.l felt comfortable and more at home.
