These guys are thieves! They didn't give me the loan when I applied for the application process, what they did do was they put it in a different account that wasn't mine and used it for themselves. I have never dealr with anything so atrocious and abysmal.They put me in debt, they repossessed my house, my car they took everything from me.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

BEWARE! They ring over the phone and say "all you need to do is come with your proof of ID to our office to sign an agreement and funds will be in your account by 8:30" once I came there apparently who ever was speaking with me is "busy at the moment" and another person I guess who is more experienced is starting to pull new new conditions and "you should understand" how does it work! the bottom line is that they just trying to hook you with anything they can. Don't waste your time

This is the worst loan company that ever existed in the UK special the Wimbledon branch total waste of time poor customers service, poor administration, very bad management misleading information , high interest loan, to many documents to provide, most complicated bureaucracy if you want to waste your time and journey please visit their branch it will only take 4 hours if you get a loan, Simply everyday loan sharks.

There where very welcoming and made everything positive and easy to understand,it was a good experience and would recommend them to my family and friends.

They are always helpful, understanding and patient. They always try and find a way to help.

People my advice Do Not believe them when they say you have been approved for a loan over the phone this is a misleading strategy. Waste of time huge number of documents which have no relation with loan application that you will need to provide. They can decline you at any second as they are pretty good at finding excuses and finlay the interest rates are extremely high plus they have poor services poor information and repayment which are impossible to repay if you go there you have wasted a day of your life.
