After being let down so many times by other companies I found evolution. Victoria Bennett was brilliant and professional at all times. She had everything sorted with phone calls and emails. Took about four hours. It is stressful after that with constant emails and personal questions but they are doing it in 5 daysWhen other companies takes weeks. Would recommend to anyone.

We spoke to multiple agencies for quotes. Most had a long timeframe for completion and were a nightmare to communicate with. Evolution were totally different and if I had a question it was simple to ring uk and speak to someone directly. If I emailed, the response was quick. I really appreciated this. Also, nothing was ever too much I changed my mind on multiple occasions, to which they never judged or felt annoyed by, they merely sorted out my changes and gave me time to think to make sure it was right for us. Professional approach, good customer service, the process was relatively straightforward, but some questions were very detailed and sometimes it feels like an inquisition but maybe this is how they have to work. I have no experience with other lenders to be able to compare.

Having borrowed from Evolution Money over four years ago, I can stress in a humble manner, a personal experience: having made monthly payments, without any default, I was in a position to pay off my loan, very recently. I originally borrowed 10,000 pounds, and on asking for full 'early' settlement, I still owed 10,000 pounds, this after, well over 4 years of regular monthly payments. The figure of settlement included two months of interest on top, which was nearly 400 pounds! I have paid in full, rather than stay with these lot any longer. I suggest people are careful in their borrowing from Evolution Money. The reviews appear to be focused on customer skills, rather than monies owed. Please be careful.

This Company actually genuinely want to help! Lyle was a great introduction to the service that they provide and made me feel at ease from the start. My advisor, Tony, spent around four hours on the phone to me in one day trying to sort an incredibly complicated scenario. He looked for solutions to every problem that came up and stopped me from just throwing my hands in the air and giving up on several occasions. Once he'd done the groundwork, the next team were helpful and kept track of everything ongoing. Would definitely recommend this company.
