Whilst I'm not sure if I spoke to someone at this branch in particular, I wanted to say that overall this is a fantastic Company! I was very impressed by not just how easy the application process was, but also how pleasant the Staff I spoke to really are. Plus, the philosophy and ethics of this Company are both admirable, with a totally justified use of the word Social throughout their website and process. I feel very strongly about paying these compliments; it's all too easy to complain, and indeed I understand some frustration has been levelled at the staff on occasion, which is unwarranted. Believe me, my review wording would have been identical for these Folks whether my application had been approved or not. Forward thinking, ethical and more than willing to lend to those who would otherwise have fallen into the trap of using payday loans or even loan sharks. Many thanks indeed! 🙂
