I had an overall positive experience with the service I received from Ferratum. The website is extremely easy to use and the customer service team are extremely helpful and very accommodating.I was left feeling like a valued customer and so I was able to maintain maximum confidence throughout my application and subsequent communications with the team.So I give a feedback rating of 4 stars though I was very close to giving the maximum 5 star rating based on my experience as a Ferratum customer.Thanks Ferratum for a convenient and peasant experience.Phil B

Helpful when you are in a bind and the money finds its way into your account very fast so if there is an emergency it is very useful. Being able to repay part or all of the loan earlier also helps when considering whether you are going to take one out in the first place. The only small issue would be that when requesting a certain amount the finalized amount and repayment installations are slightly different. This can be difficult if you need a certain amount but in the long run is protecting you from not being able to repay the loan without struggling. Overall, very handy and easy to use website which has helped me on more than one occasion.

I'd 1000% recommend Ferratum over the other short term lenders. You're given all of the info in advance, payment is taken promptly and their customer service is excellent.The one time I did have an issue (turned out it was my fault), they were in contact almost immediately and got it sorted for me within a couple of hours.Did I say 1000%? Morelike 10,000%!

Fast reliable and efficient. It took less than 10 minutes to get my loan approved and in under an hour the cash was in my account. I needed a quick fast loan and after failing time after time I tried one more and it was with Ferratum and was amazed how easy and quick I was able to get a loan and in my bank account within hours. Plus it's easy for you to pay it back when you can before the payment deadline day.

Great service quick money when you need it mostly takes about 2hrs to reach your account. You can settle early so you don't pay too much interest.I like the text service so you can get or pay for the loan instantly. Overall I would rate it 7/10.
