Strongly advise not to use this company. I bad the mistake of doing so. I had multiple bridging loans the bulk (90%) was paid well ahead of schedule- during the peak of the pandemic and also the unfortunate passing of my Mum the last bridge went into default - I offered to pay in full but clearly they wanted this and the excessive charges on an already unbelievably high rates they tried to take me to the cleaners.I’ve used hundreds of these company’s and never had an experience like I did with FinantaI strongly advise you not to use them.
