Had my loan 3 years and never had a problem, never harrassed, called them today for a settlement and requested a call back, got it with in 1 hour, 10 minutes after i got my settlement and was paid off straight away, helpful on the call sent a email confirming it was settled, guarantor never been contacted apart from a letter to say they had been taken over, i have no complaints.

Do not take a loan out with these people unless you want you and your guarantor to be harrased even when its arranged arrears and you have spoken to them about it, it's like it was never spoken about and they treat you like you have just not bothered to pay them and not answered them even if you have spoke to them 2 times a month to confirm this.They offer to give payment breaks and then they send multiple letters, texts, phone calls and even voice mails and this was to my guarantor not me when the account was 20 days over due which really stressed my guarantor out, this is very serious as things like that can cause people to harm them selves and they do not think of this!!! If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service and a terrible company to be in debt with.

Incredibly quick to process my loan - from the first initial contact to depositing the funds took less than a few hours. Very professional and friendly agent who dealt with my application. Simple and clear terms and conditions. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use this company again!

Dont recommended these at all. They are unprofessional, liars, bullyies and con artists.Never missed a payment for 18months but when Covid hit I took the 3month payment break, big mistake they call every other week trying to get you to make a payment, and still made attempts on my account which got me more charges to my account. I ended up making an attempt on my own life and was hospitalised for 2weeks because of these. They are quick enough to call you to offer you more money but wont call you back to sort out problems you have with making payments, making other arrangements or to repond to a complaint you have with them. I've entered into a debt plan just so I dont have to deal with them anymore. Take ever take a loan from these.

Poor customer service, we took a short term loan out had no intentions for having it full time. We started our own business and finally after 7 months of having it had enough money to clear a few of our debts! This was one priority we wanted to sorted first. Which we are entitled too. When calling up asking for a settlement and getting questioned “ why?” And “ how?” And I wanted to clear it before next payment was due or yet more interest goes on. But getting told it could take up to three days by then more interest goes on and next payment due out. Don’t get what’s the problem with me wanting to clear my high debts to financially better myself and have less debts going out, it’s like they don’t want me too so I have that monthly payment to pay plus interest. Having that high monthly payment and now knowing I can financially clear it I feel much better knowing starting my business paid off. Looking to now buy a house I want most of my debts out the way and paid off which I’m entitled too. To how I got it some people do take out loans to better there selfs not always get in more debt, I had a clear aim to get the loan clear it within that year. Not every person stays in same financial path all there life, people can end up earning more money. I don’t want to pay a monthly payment for four more years and pay more interest if I have the money to clear this and get rid of this monthly payment. I’m thankful the loan helped me and now I am at a time in my life where I can have no debts or outgoings I don’t need.

George Banco searched my credit file on the 27th July 2021 WITHOUT MY CONSENT, when I did not apply for a loan. I sent an email on the 31st July 2021and the 2nd August 2021 requesting for an explanation. This company hasn't had the decency to respond to my email. I need an explanation why a soft search which will last for six years on my file was made without seeking my consent, a basic right. I need answers before I contact all the regulators for this infringement.

Would give a 0 if I could. Probably spent at least 2 hours in all on hold on the phone. Had to call them 5 times as they were useless at calling me. I spend ages applying online, had to call them up to go over details. I emailed them my proof of work. Said everything was fine and they would send me terms and conditions. Took them 2 days to do that, I signed and gave them my bank details and a day later nothing was in my account so I called them up and they said they couldn't give me a loan because I was in a risky job, being in hospitality. I gave them my job title on the initial application so I have now wasted hours on the phone, given them all my details and waited weeks for contact that I ended up having to do. Complete waste of time on my end and theirs. Should just say in their website that you can't get it on furlough or if you work in hospitality which would have been fine if they hadn't waited a month to tell me after i spent hours getting in touch with them and signing contracts. I am very very disappointed and it has nothing to do with the money, just wasting my time.

Absoloutely appalled. They agreed to my loan was happy with my guarantor everything was going through. They even offered me more to help than what I had asked. To then get a text to say sorry your loan application has been declined. So they had all mine and my guarantors details had my hopes up that I finally got help for them to snatch it away with a click of a finger and no explanation as of why. I refuse to ring them as i called so many time yesterday and each call took 45minutes to get through. So not only has it wasted my time and phone bill its now added extra stress.Stay as far away as possible, I read the reviews and thought no give them a chance it could be a one off. But seriously stay AWAY!!!!!

Disgusting level of service by this company. Constantly harassed by them. they will call you about 5 times in a day even if you have requested a specific call back. Received an email regarding the covid19 situation due to my significant reduced hours and pay. Not once did they respond to my 3 emails but just kept calling me and sending emails out. When you wish to escalate your complaint surprise surprise there are never any managers to speak with ! do not use. had to give them one star so i could post this

Avoid this company at all costs.I took a loan with them a year ago, and after 1 year wanted to call them to settle my loan fully and found out that i had to pay more than the original amount borrowed.Called many times to get this resolved and long time on hold. Requested a call back , they were ringing once and hanging up. Obviously now everyone blames COVID-19 for everything even though all the staff are working from home unmonitored so they pretend that they’re working hard.Made a complaint which took more than 3 months with no response. And its again COVID-19 !!!!.I just want to settle with them and forget about this company’s existence.
