    I went to Woolwich branch today and was blown away with salesman Muhammad Nurul was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and because of this I brought two watches, Tag aquarracer and Breitling Colt oceaner. I spent over £1300.Excellent service, the shop was very clean and tidy, other staff members was very warm and welcoming.

    My friend today wanted to sell a pair of earrings that she had previously purchased from this particular shop and she was told that they couldn't buy them because the earrings weren't 100% gold. Confronted with the fact that previously these earrings were purchased exactly there they were speechless. Basically people working on double standards.Disappointed and never purchasing here again.

    First class customer service, There is a member of staff called Tariq aka "Saturday Guy" I found him to give a first class service, I was seen by another member of staff but was watching him work & found out a service that is offered by H&T which is a piece of jewellery can be placed on standby & paid of in instalments hence my positive comment.
