Staff are trying their best to deal with the public but the shop is often overfilled with customers with no social distancing observed and many customers not wearing masks.This is not helped by the fact that the managers spend a lot of their time outside the shop smoking and not helping the other staff at all.Very sad that the managers are chasing profits and ignoring public safety in these difficult times.

I have used Bolton branch and i found the staff extremely helpful and polite and friendly SUE,HELENA, NICKY FANTASTIC.Because i have COPD they were very aware of my condition. BRILLIANT STAFF

Staff very friendly and helpful used them on many occasions if you have gold it does come in handy when times are hard if you pledge sensibly you will never be broke a good investment if you work out the interest and dont take what you cant afford to pay back then it works just fine and you will still have your gold for another rainy day and special occasions to wear it

I had a very sentimental old bracelet fixed at the Bolton store ,it was sent away for valuation then fixed ,I couldn't of been more happier when I picked it up not only had the bracelet been mended to the highest standards but polished to the point that it looks brand new , and all for a small price of £25 , I carnt thank the staff enough for their friendly faces and great banter when you shop at the store , my husband recently purchased a breitling watch from them and he's over the moon its quality is second to none ,keep up the good work guys ,you are the number one shop ,best pawnbroker's in Bolton ,thanks again from Mrs Alison flitcroft and see you very soon

Lots of choice of rings pendants etc in gold and silver also watches and phones at great prices, staff are lovely and really helpful and proffessional

We had a watch left to us by an aunt , my brother went here last week with the watch and was given a price of £150 for selling it provided we have a new battery fitted into it and so my brother came away with the watch . I had a battery fitted into the watch and went back with it today . The gentleman I spoke to took photos etc , i told him that my brother had been quoted £150 . His quote was only £100 , his explanation for the difference being that it must have been someone else dealing with it last time , I am annoyed with myself for not replying " so are you saying if I had gone to a different member of staff I would have received £150 ? And because you are dealing with it I am being offered £50 less " I should have walked out , I wish I had but the thought of having to travel into Bolton again with a watch I had no use for put me off . I won't be going into the shop again , the quoted price should be based on the value of the item and should not vary depending on which member of staff you go to that is ridiculous . I can't remember the blokes name , he said he had only been there for 3 or 4 weeks , it was a female member of staff that quoted my brother .

I just want to say that the staff here are lovely very helpful and if you ever come accross Nicky shes lovely very caring and will go extra lengths to do what she can do for you thank u so much Nicky for your help your a godsend thank you

Awful customer service! Ordered Bulgarian lev over a week ago, everytime I ring up I'm being fobbed off with excuses! My sister popped in today for me & asked about being any nearer with the delivery, she was spoken to very rudely & by the manager at that! I'll be taking my custom elsewhere now.
