    Very untrustworthy people. I’m an experienced jeweller myself and took an item in just to see what they would value it at but the staff here tried to tell me a solid 9ct gold bracelet with full assay hallmarks in multiple locations was not genuine gold.Either they are very inexperienced staff as you could not find a more genuine looking gold piece of jewellery if you tried or this is a sales tactic they use to try and deceive customers so they have an opportunity to buy genuine gold as fake at a very low price.Do not sell your items to a pawnbroker, speak to genuine established jeweller or auction houses in order to receive a fair.

    Called ahead and said I was bringing in 2 rolexs to be valued, said they would send to their watch guy in London to have them valued then get back to me with a price. Walked in, guy who saw me took brief look at both and said not something they would but. Why waste my time on phone saying that then.
