Do not take anything of value here. I took in my Longines Swiss watch that cost over £1,200, which I bought in Geneva towards the end of last year. It was in excellent condition. I was away in Spain for work for 2 months. Came back, paid off the loan, only to find my watch was not working. Date and time were wrong. When I complained the manager said it must be the battery. I said it was impossible as it was less than a year old. They broke it. Now, the watch will not keep to time and stops. The winder seems to have been broken I think and doesn't stay locked in, which probably means it is no longer water resistant. I have to take it in for repair now to Longines. So, not only did I pay interest for a £200 loan, I now have to pay for a repair assuming it is repairable.So, whatever you do, do not use this company. God knows what they do with your property when you hand it over to them.
