Fake would never go back to this store again brought a 41 gram gold chain had it tested once I moved abroad because it started to discolour was 4 places rested the necklace all said it was fake I had to fly back to the UK to get a refund. my wife bought some new earrings the receipt said 9ct gold have just been told no hallmark and are worthless no wonder staff could not find a stock number for said item.

Never use this store! Joseph took £40 down payment on the value of my goods and now claim there is no record on my account and sold my goods at auction, meaning they had the value of the goods plus and additional £40. Joseph told me today the matter has left the store and he cannot help me any further. Strangely informs me there are no notes in my account and doesn't seem to remember taking the payments from me. Spoke to customer services weeks ago who told me an area manager would call me and a copy of a letter would be sent to my new address. Nothing. This company and its employees seem to be very dishonest and took money on false pretences and accounts don't just vanish unless someone delete them. I have emailed the complaint email given on their website and nothing.
