I have a baby on the way & used the shop to sell some jewellery that I never wear. I wasn’t expecting much and had no idea of the value. Frankie was super helpful & Attentive, explained the whole process as she was testing etc and was a really good laugh.I ended up getting much more than I expected and left happy. I will definitely be back if I need to sell/pawn any more items and would recommend to friends & family.Frankie made our day and even made our grumpy uncle laugh

I can recommend H& T. They are honest and help you to navigate every stage if your Pawnbroking experience. Plan A B and C will be offered to you so that you may re purchase, and I have been looked after very well. The manager Frankie Hoy is a real credit to the store and will go out of her way to find a financial solution for you. Likewise her assistant Shannon will also take good care of you. All the staff in this shop are happy and managed well.Pawnbroking is not what it use to be, this is a redefinition of an old experience.

The staff at the Margate store are absolutely fabulous I’ve been in there a few times for various different things but on this occasion I’d popped in to exchange some cash for euros, I was served by Shannon I believe, very lovely girl really polite and very very helpful definitely worthy of the 5 stars ⭐️
