    Went to the shop yesterday to buy some Euros for my upcoming holiday and Jennifer and Mary were very helpful and super friendly. They even got me more excited about my holiday which I didn't think was possible. Best rate in Waltham Cross!

    Recently went in there to send money by western union to Germany and the girls were so helpful as it was my first time ever using this service.     Wanted to apply for a loan but found out they no longer offer this service, but the Spanish lady serving me explained that I could pawn items instead and took her time to help me understand the process. Very grateful for the help and feel comfortable coming back again.

    This is a new company with more products. Great service and always open! They came to Waltham Cross July 2019 so all the relevant reviews start from that date.

    Went there and there was a hand written sign saying that they will be open at 9:45 today but I got there at 10:20 and it still wasn't open. What was worse was that I called head office and spoke to a TEAM LEADER who said he would call me back in 10 minutes. It is now 12:15 and I have yet to receive a call. One word.....SHAMBLES. Will never use them again.
