Very disappointed. My dad took his hand made gold bangle in to pawn. It's worth £300 scrap price and wanted to borrow £100. They let 3 kids file it and test it and they still wasn't sure what's fair enough. I took it to an old pawn shop in town he didn't even test it he knew straight away and gave me what I wanted to borrow. USELESS

There is a beautiful manageress there by the name of Angelica, she is lovely, very helpful and accommodating , if you have any issues or problems, she can surely help you or will put you on the right track .. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.....

Go to a better company if you are desperate like albemarle across the road this bunch of crooks changed me a full months interest for one day over my payment date £60 for one day is taking the piss and I still had 4 month's left to run on the ticket but didn't want to pay them anymore interest as there rate is massive will never use them again if im in a tight spot

I went to buy back jewelry on behalf of a family member and they overcharged me. When I went to complain about it via email they ignored it. I called to ask them how long it would take to resolve the complaint and they informed me 8 weeks (2 months). You cannot trust this place with money, only thing you can trust this place with is taking advantage of vulnerable people

I've been paying wily for jewlery ,& was happy with my purchase, just wanted another pair of earings paying off £150.00 so far,went in yesterday to see how much left to pay & they couldn't find earings brought out a pair that wasn't what l was paying for,then she asked me to look in window display yrs they were in display window UP for sale,if l didn't go in they could of been sold After lve paid £150.00 already, All new incompetent staff. Paying it all off this week & NEVER WILL I UY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!.Be Warned Shoppers.

Went in with a Boss twin space echo pedal and was told it had acid damage. Left store and inspected it and it had nothing of the sort. Manager just didn't want to deal with me. Sold this Pedal for £150 the next day.
