I'd got several quotes for travel insurance - all really over the top prices because I am over 70 and have a minor health issue. Then I was told about Holidaysafe by a friend with diabetes. I got a quote and was given a price for an annual insurance that was only marginally dearer than other companies had quoted me for a single trip. I did ring to confirm the price and didn't hesitate to take an annual cover with Holidaysafe. Their customer service agent was really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. 5* service

Have used Holidaysafe in the past and renewed this month for annual policy. My other half has declared medical condition, nothing serious, but other companies really load their prices , now we are both 70 the prices some quote are more than the holiday costs. I had to phone as unable to pay online and a very pleasant lady apologised and dealt with the payment,I realise you can never really rate a company until you make a claim, hope we never have to.

Used Holidaysafe before Covid, now they are back providing policies I have found their cover competively priced and I have signed up for a 1 year multi holiday policy for Europe. I had to complete the online application twice and I was frustrated my original application wasn’t saved when I tried to finalise and buy my policy.

Good but I wanted to speak to an agent re a minor health update which might or might not require to be reported to you(change of blood pressure medication to prevent a side effect and a successful bunion removal last year,(Nov.22nd 2021) and Ifailed after trying for 3/4 hr---so I just did the renewal .G

Excellent product at a very fair price, compared with many other providers. We have used Holidaysafe for several years now and have not found a better deal, in spite of checking each time renewal is due.
