I have repeatedly requested online confirmation of my balance owing and have not received any acknowledgments. I have repeatedly telephoned but there is no option to speak to an advisor....how they manage to run this business is beyond me . Apparently according to the many negative reviews I am not alone in my experience with Ikano..... I would never use this company again
Have a buy now pay later where no interest is added if paid in full before the monthly payments start. Not due to start paying until June but already got over £300 interest added. Have requested a statement of account a few times and got nothing, Have emailed and got auto responses telling me to go online and request. Call their contact number and you just get an automated response telling you to go online then it cuts you off. Absolute joke of a company
Absolute terrible company! I cancelled an order with a partner org, Ikano still went ahead sending me texts. I clicked on the link to remove my details & the next thing I received an email advising my loan application was successful! I tried to contact their team! No one available to speak to. How is a company like this allowed to trade?I want to cancel the loan I didn’t apply for!If you are thinking of going with this company. DO NOT!
Absolutely ridiculous. I paid off my loan in full just over 2 weeks ago, never had any confirmation about this. After reading several reviews about them still taking money from people's account's........I cancelled the direct debit. Hey presto, it's only taken 2 days for the threatening letter to show up. Go elsewhere.
Cannot get in touch with the company via phone, their automated system keeps chucking me out no matter which option I select. Completing email forms online has no effect whatsoever, never known anything like it where a company won’t talk to a customer. Unbelievable 🤷🏻♀️
I have had emails requesting clarification ignored regarding a loan and have put several complaints in against this organisation due to charges being added onto my account, despite errors on their end. I would strongly suggest avoiding doing business with ANY company that uses Ikano for finance.
Awful customer service. Phone line said they was extremely busy to try back later. I called a couple of times and same thing so I tried again later and same thing. I decided to ask a friend to use there phone and I got put through straight away and when the guy had me on hold for 20 minutes he said he would need to call me back he was still looking in to my case, he did not call me back. I have chased them but they say we will call you back and they don’t. WASTE OF TIME!
I would prefer die rather than dealing with this horrible company. I’ve made full payment and cleared all my balance through automated call and I’ve never received a single confirmation email, letter or anything, and they hung up as soon as they took payment and without receiving any reference.
Awful company!This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to call this company to change my Direct debit details and I am still on hold now for over 50 minutes.I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could, you can’t even get through to them on the phone and their opening hours are just as bad and if you cancel your direct debit then it effects your credit score so you cannot win! Awful company but unfortunately we had to use them due to them being the only company DFS do credit with.
Have called multiple times and no one answers. There is no email address for loan customer who've bought Stormclad products. No way I can check that they have received payments and that they have been deducted from balance. No option to create online account. Very poor service.
