The initial application process appeared thorough, as the loan progressed things became shambolic, their organisation of documents was appauling, they would persistently request documents that they had already been supplied (several times), this was a frustrating waste of time, we started the application on the 6th of February, endless incompetence and two months later still little progress. The constant change of staff would mean more requests for documents already sent and further miss guidance, they appear to be extremely disjointed as a company, zero communication and stalling applications with excuses - waiting on us to confirm information, they were referring to information had been confirmed weeks before hand. The list of inadequacy goes on far to long to list on here, avoid loan.co.uk, find a company that can provide you with a single point of contact and that have a time limit rather than a bunch of time wasters.

What a great experience. My client is delighted. Its great to do mutual business with a company that looks after your client throughout the whole process and keeps them informed throughout. Also as a broker it is great to see the communication between broker, client and your team. Will definitely be using your services again.
