I have used this company twice. I have never missed a payment and have had two letters regarding non payment on my account. yet I pay on time via direct debit. my bank declined one payment and within ten minutes of this happening I received 3 texts and two phone calls Payment was made over the phone there and then. Not happy with the company there shocking and have no clue how to treat customers apart from hound them . avoid use in them do not recommend.

Hassle you when u contact them, regarding missing payments, post cards through ur door, but so they are sticking out ur letterbox, for all to see or even know ur not in, to break in...no considerate or helpful, but bombard you with calls, messages etc

These people are rob dogs that pray on vulnerable women concealing there apr and not goving paperwork out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS take them to court through the FCA and call watch dog

All the agent wanted to do was phone me back wanted to do it all over the phone first he said phone back in 5 minutes for income then said phone back in half hour once he sent link over so i could send him proof of income which i never got had to phone him back after 45 minutes to say no email he sent it while i was sending them he said he would phone me back as he was picking his kids up and sort it then over an hoir wasted just for proof of income i told him not to bother and he huffed and puffrd over the phone then hung up never even told me his name they just want to waste tour time
