I have been a member for several years and cannot fault this service. I have taken a loan to purchase a car which was so much cheaper than car finance, and recently taken a top up loan to consolidate a credit card and overdraft - again at a far more competitive rate of interest. Its also a great way to save. The staff are extremely helpful, and able to offer sound advice and options to suit your current situation. I would highly recommend MetroMoneywise

Absolutely brilliant service. The team have always been so helpful and friendly, very quick to answer any emails, calls or respond on the app which is superb. This service has been life changing for me and gave me the opportunity to be able to handle my finances and make them more manageable when it comes to emergency and unexpected payouts. The applications are very simple and straightforward and you can chose to invest in your savings alongside affordable monthly payments which of course is a bonus and also helps support the union so everyone wins. In addition, it’s nice to see how community and member orientated the team are when it comes to news and events which is great. A massive thank you for all they do I couldn’t recommend them more.

I've been a customer for years. Started saving when I first started my NHS job. I'm really rubbish at saving so this is perfect for me. Its good to know I can access my money when I need to. I also took out a loan through them to buy our first camper van. It was much better for me than going to a bank and I was also saving at the same time as paying off my loan. The extra money I've saved has help me when going on holidays etc.My little pot is growing quite nicely and staff are fantastic in helping with any queries when I have them. Really impressed. Think it's a nice little bonus that they have the referral scheme too.Thankyou.

Been a member for over a decade, excellent, friendly service always and they've been there through good & believe me not so good times, honestly don't know where I would have been without them at certain points over the years I've been a member! Loan rates are low & saving rates are good & any agreed payments come straight from your wages so no worrying. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of joining!!
