Paul was absolutely fantastic with me over the phone. He made sure to cover every option to ensure we were doing what was best for me and my situation. I have generalised anxiety disorder which can make phone calls hard at the best of times and the whole experience was fluid and free flowing which made it so easy!A massive thank you to Paul and the team for being brilliant thus far.

I have had debts for years and just tried ignoring them. They don't go away and it just becomes so stressful. I have attempted in the past step change but they needed so many details and i didn't know all the information they needed so I stopped trying to sort it out. I went online yesterday and found money advice. After a couple of quick questions I got a phone call and spoke to Laura. She was so good. Went through all my options and got the ball rolling. By the end of the day I had spoken to Ian and Neil and an IVA is being sorted out for me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to sort their debts out. They were all so lovely. Very good service! Spoke to Priya she Talked through all my options and what was best for me, very understanding. Once you choose the best option for yourself it all moves pretty quick. Would highly recommend. I was nervous about contacting them but felt so much better after the call.

It’s a really daunting process but they were lovely to speak to and really have made sure I was fully informed about the entire process and have dealt either everything really quickly. After putting off these calls for a while, I spoke with Priya who was a massive help in getting me on track with my debt.
