Would not touch em with a barge pole. Paid up my account . 8 months later they want a payment because they may have made a mistake on my account. This I paid a management plan to handle my account. What a way to treat a customer they where praising 8 months earlier

Got awarded £997 for a claim from capital one i got paid £70.45p don't use these lot. Your only making them money. And i WILL be taking this futher.Thought your team where looking in to it not Heard a Peep from you

I have been with MP for quite a few years now and each year when the financial statement is completed over the phone, no matter who I speak to, they always make me feel valued and put me at ease concerning my circumstances. On my last occasion, I spoke to Natalie. She was so nice to me on the phone that the hour just flew by. I can't thank you enough MP.

Terrible charge you £44 a month to help when step change do it for free dont waste your time try step change frist. Well your reply isnt true because not one of your team told me they was a free option in fact my debtor capital one called me and told me once you had contacted them that you charge alot and they give me step changes contact details witch is free so what you replied is a 100% lie not one of your team adviced me they was free option out there and it's not more hands on they do everything you have done but for free in and for less and less years with you it was 20 years at £130 and with them its 10years at £124 you was scaming me of grands !!!
Better to have an WhatsApp or some sort of option where people from outside uk could contact easily. And you never replied to the email as well

The Service is Great. All Customer Service, Agents, and Staff are coordinated in a professional manner to assist you with all of your personal finance issues. They are dedicated in making a customer feel valuable and considerate in all situations. If they cannot help you then there is probably very little that any one else can help you with the only exception if they refer you to someone else.
first class services, they give you different choices to suit your situation, guild you through the whole process, with you in mind all the time. I have a wonderful team, Hannah ,Chris and all those i have talked to so far and nothing is to much trouble for them ,to explain or to ease your worries .MoneyPlus put you first and not them selves, would recommend this company to anyone that needs help to have a good night sleep and knowing everything is in first class hands, with wonderful people that care.
