Alex was incredibly helpful and didn't mind any of the numerous questions I threw at him, and he would always get back to me very quickly. One of the issues I have, due to the amount of medication I have to take, is that it makes my processing of information a lot slower, and Alex was very understanding and took the extra time to explain things to me.What I was really impressed with, was just how much Alex really wanted to help me get the best deal possible, and he really did. I look forward to working with him again in a couple of years time. I recently dealt with Elaine Tiernan at Mortgage advice services for a mortgage application. She was professional throughout and was very informative at every stage of the mortgage process. She was very positive and resilient even when the mortgage company at times were very testing with their requests. We never actually physically met, everything was done over the phone and emails. I would highhly recommend Mortgage Advice Services as a company, but especially Elaine, she is incredibly knowledgabale and top notch. Don't bother looking elsewhere. They are THE BEST!
