Just spoke with Gemma I believe was her name due to email I received after . as I had outstanding payments and she was very professional and managed to help me . As a manager myself of a company customer service goes along way and you showed this today thank you for the help to you and your manager .

high interest rates poor customer service. sent funds to wrong account tried to tell me i had to repay the money if i didn't want the loan anymore even though explain multiply time i hadn't received any money. also tried to tell me that my bank had to refund the money to them as the money sent to the wrong account was my error. bank explained that the company had to do and recall on the money and once received back to them i had the right to cancel the loan. however mrlender pushed and pushed the agreement. Explained to them they hadn't lost anything by me cancelling the loan the money was returned to them and not me and that with all the hassle I didn't want a loan with there company anymore. very rude unhelpful and

Poor credit check irresponsible lender…Contacted many times and just absolutely ignored. Worst company ever do not go near!!!

I have had over 10 loans with this company over several years all successful paid on time and never missed a payment but when I applied for one before Christmas last year I was rejected without reason and my past history must of disappeared from the screens , shocking lack of loyalty to a valued customer....at the end of the day you make money off of me ...do the maths

Never asked for a loan, and yet somehow this leeches have my phone number and calls non-stop almost every day claiming that "my loan profile says i´m elegible". Almost every day... Disgusting.
